What we offer
Engineering and project management
Our engineers design, calculate and engineer to applicable standards, and produce 3D models and production documentation. Our project managers work closely with the customer from start to finish, so the project is delivered to specification and on schedule. We also recreate existing parts as 3D models and production documentation (reverse engineering).
Custom mechanical components
With our CNC machining and advanced equipment, we produce custom parts that meet strict quality requirements.
Manufacturing and assembly
We offer complete assembly processes, including welding and fabrication of complex structures.
Testing and quality control
Our testing includes tensile and pressure testing, vibration analysis, balancing and geometric measurement with a coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and laser tracker. This is how we document that each delivery meets the customer’s specifications.
