Terms and conditions

Unless otherwise is agreed upon in writing and actively approved by a representative of Mekanisk Service Halden AS, all terms and all conditions below will form the foundation of any activity between Mekanisk Service Halden AS and any entity or person which either sells goods/services to or buys goods/services from Mekanisk Service Halden AS.

Definitions of “Seller” and “Buyer” are specified here.

All offers from Seller shall include all costs associated with packaging.
Buyer will not accept invoices from Seller containing costs associated with packaging, such invoices will be returned to Seller and not paid by Buyer.
